15 injured in bus accident

Baguiati, North 24 Pargans, Nov 26 (UNI) At least 15 people were injured when a bus turned turtle at Baguiati crossing here today.

Baguiati Investigation centre Officer-in-Charge Samshur Ali told UNI, ''The incident occurred in the afternoon when the bus on 30C/1 route was trying to enter Baguiati in a hurry.'' ''The driver lost control of the bus and it turned turtle,'' he said.

However, no casualtie have been reported.

The injured were admitted to a local hospital. The incident could have been graver as the junction is a highly populous area, but today being a Sunday afternoon the place was largely empty.
