Order in Shashinath Jha murder case on Nov 28

New Delhi, Nov 25 (UNI) A city court will pronounce order in the case relating to the murder of Union Minister Shibu Soren's PA Shashinath Jha in 1994, on November 28.

Additional Sessions Judge B R Kedia reserved order today after conclusion of arguments by both the prosecution (CBI) and the defence. He would pronounce the order on conviction on Tuesday.

Order awarding quantum of sentence, if any, would be given later.

Shashinath Jha was abducted from Dhaula Kuan area of South Delhi in May 1994 and he was later found murdered in Pisha Nagar area of Patna, Bihar.

The minister himself was one of the accused in the case.
