Gov to inaugurate seminar on organised crime
Mumbai, Nov 25: Maharashtra Governor S M Krishna will inaugurate a national seminar on ''Organised Crime'' on November 28.
The objective of the seminar, organised by the Mumbai Police, is to commemorate the 150 years of the institution of Commissioner of Police.
Organised crime has posed a challenge to Mumbai Police, though this threat has been substantially neutralised. However, there is a need for a concerted response to continue the battle against organised crime.
During the two-day seminar, all aspects of the organised crime would be discussed.
