Jaya's wealth case adjourned to Feb 3
Bangalore, Nov 25 (UNI) The Special Court, hearing the disproportionate assets case against former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and four others, today adjourned the proceedings to February three next year.
Special Judge Sudhakar Pandit adjourned the case as the court's decision to club the disproportionate wealth case and the London hotel case for hearing was challenged by DMK General Secretary K Anbazhagan in the Supreme Court and it was still pending.
Appearing for the accused, Counsel Shanmugha Sundaram sought the adjournment as the matter was yet to be disposed off by the Apex Court.
