Bureaucrats pledge for integrity of the nation

Kohima Nov 25(UNI) Top bureaucrats of the Nagaland Government have reaffirmed their commitment to work with dedication to preserve and strengthened the integrity of the nation.

In a bi-monthly meeting held in the Civil Secretariat Conference Hall yesterday.

''The pledge was administered by the Chief Secretary Lalhuma, where the bureaucrats vowed not to resort to violence but to settle all differences and disputes related to religious, linguistic, region and other political or economic grievances by peaceful and constitutional means.

The pledge also marked the observance of National Integration Week from November 19 to 25. The participants generously contributed towards the National Fund for Communal Harmony for the welfare of children affected by communal violence.
