Woman constable murders cop husband

Belgaum, Nov 24 (UNI) In a bizarre incident, a woman constable has allegedly murdered her constable husband by fatally stabbing him.

According to police, Mahadevi (37) had allegedly stabbed her husband Laxman Kamble (24) over a quarrel pertaining to financial matters and dumped the body under a cot. The crime came to light when the body started decomposing and foul smell started emanating.

Mahadevi, a divorcee and mother of two, had married her colleague Laxman. She had been arrested and investigation was on, police added.
