Usha Martin to buy U-Tor Construction for Rs 8.5cr

New Delhi, Nov 24 (UNI) Usha Martin Ltd today said its Board of Directors has decided to take over the business of Agra-based U-Tor Construction Steel Ltd for up to Rs 8.50 crore.

The takeover will come into effect from December 1, 2006, in subject to due diligence and necessary approvals, a statement said.
