Teacher arrested for militant links in Rajouri

Jammu, Nov 24 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police has arrested a government teacher at Thanna Mandi in border district of Rajouri for his links with Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) and his involvement in grenade attacks.

Sources said Choudhary Fazal Hussain, a teacher in government middle school, Pangai Inder Thana Mandi was arrested from a hide-out late last night. He was being interrogated, the sources added.

Police said the teacher was in touch with his relative, a LeT area commander operating from Pakistan, in Thanna Mandi, the sources added.

He was also involved in two grenade attacks in Pangai after which he had gone underground.
