Savita Kumari to lead Andhra cricket team

Vijayawada, Nov 24 (UNI) Visakhapatnam's Savita Kumari will lead the first Andhra Cricket Association's (ACA) women's team for the ensuing south zone inter-zonal cricket tournament to be held at Hyderabad from November 28.

Announcing the team here, BCCI Former Vice-President and ACA General Secretary N Venkata Rao said N Geetha would be the Vice-Captain of the team for the tournament.

The team: Savita Kumari (Captain), N Geetha (Vice-Captain), P Radhika, S Monikasai, S Lavanya, J Rameshwari, P Samata, C Reddemma, B Dhanalakshmi, S Himabindu, P Radhika (wk), P Anitha, J Durga Bhavani and B V Satyavani.

Reserves: G Divya, C Sunita, P K Neelavathi, E Uma Maheswari.

Coach: K S Bhaskara Rama Murthy.

Asst Coach: A Anu Radha Manager: P K Sagar Chowdary.
