With much fanfare, the ruling coalition, the NDA highlighted its achievements in the report card.

While the RJD came forward with a ''black'' report card. The Congress also presented the report card in the name of white paper whereas the CPI(ML) published a ''failure'' card.

Contrary to the ruling party, the RJD in the state asembly and former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi presented a ''black card'' and dubbed the government as ''anti poor, anti minority and anti dalits.'' The RJD, in its report card, dubbed the government as a ''failure'' and alleged that the developmental scenario was at its nadir.

Ms Devi said Bihar was actually experiencing a ''jungle raj'' at present and alleged that the Nitish government was a ''pro-feudal'' government.

Releasing the white paper, the Congress said the NDA government failed to fulfil its prepoll promises of stopping crime, creating investment friendly atmosphere besides providing jobs to unemployed youths of the state.

Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) President Sadanand Singh said, '' Nitish Kumar has been exposed before the people by not keeping its promises to improve law and order situation, which it had assured to improve within three months after coming into power.'' Taking a tough stand against the NDA government, the CPI (ML) state Secretary Nand Kishore Prasad alleged that atrocities against weaker section had increased during one-year rule of Nitish government, which miserably failed to fulfil its pre-poll promises.
