Espionage system has become indolent: Buta Singh
Hisar, Nov 24 (UNI) Congress leader and former Home Minister Buta Singh today said here that the espionage system of the country had become ''indolent, inactive and lethargic''.
''Imagine the situation of the country when its espionage system has become indolent, inactive and lethargic. It seems the security agencies have compromised with the circumstances and have become slothful,'' said Mr Singh, while talking to news persons here today.
''We are very much concerned with the increasing incidents of terrorism and I have written a letter to the Prime Minister to pay special heed to the spy agencies,'' said Mr Singh, who was here to take part in a function of Akhil Bharatiya Safar Mazdoor Congress.
He also appealed to the people to reach Delhi on December 6 to participate in the dalit rally at Ram Lila ground.
''The right to reservation is a constitutional right of dalits.
The decision of the government on the creamy layer is unjustified'', he said.
