Conman dupes onion grower, loots money

Hubli, Nov 24 (UNI) A robber, posing himself as a police constable, allegedly assaulted an onion grower and looted Rs 5,000 at Gadag city, last night.

According to police today, Anand Choragatti, who had come to the city to sell onion, fell a victim of the conman.

He had been admitted to the district hospital at Gadag.
