BJS can open doors for BJP, Cong dissidents in UP Assy election

Bhopal, Nov 24 (UNI) Bharatiya Jan Shakti President Uma Bharti today said she could throw open doors for BJP and Congress dissidents during forthcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

''We can consider giving tickets to BJP and Congress dissidents,'' Ms Bharti told reporters here.

She claimed that the electoral hopes of the BJP and the Congress in Uttar Pradesh were bleak and the BJS hoped to provide better alternative to electorate.

Ms Bharti said the true colours of the BJP had been exposed, while the popularity of the Congress had hit rock bottom.

Under such circumstances, dissidents from both parties would look for better alternative and the BJS would consider accommodating them.
