Bishop of Believers Church installed

New Delhi, Nov 24 (UNI) Bishop Simon John was installed as the first bishop of the North West Diocese of the Believers Church here today.

The installation was done by Most Rev Dr K P Yohannan, the Metropolitan Bishop of the Church, at a ceremony held at the Believers Church Diocesan Chapel.

Mr Francis George, Ms C S Sujatha, Mr Lonappan Nambadan, Dr K S Manoj, all MPs, CNI Bishop Karam Masih and Rev Thomas Varghese were among those who felicitated the new bishop, whose diocese extends up to Bangladesh.
