Accused in tiger killing case escapes from Central Jail
Hyderabad, Nov 24 (UNI) The main accused in the killing and skinning of a 13-year- old Royal Bengal Tiger 'Sakhi' at Nehru Zoological Park in October 2000, escaped from Cherlapally central jail today.
Police said Salauddin escaped by descending from a five-floor security post at the central jail. He was imprisoned in Godavari barracks in the jail.
Inspector General Of Prisons, R P Singh has ordered a probe into the issue.
