Woman passenger stabbed

Narsinghpur, MP, Nov 23 (UNI) A woman passenger was stabbed and injured while she was travelling in the Itarsi-Allahabad passenger train between Gadarwara and Salechowka stations in this district, Government Railway Police said.

The woman was travelling from Sonatlai to Jabalpur on Tuesday when the incident occurred, police said yesterday.

Kalabai (45) was admitted to hospital and her condition was stated to be out of danger.

The accused was absconding.
