Punjabi Univ dominate in inter varsity cycling

Patiala, Nov 23 (UNI) Punjabi University, Patiala, dominated on the second day of the All India Inter University Cycling Championship at the Punjabi University Cycling Velodrome here today.

In the 1500 m team trial final (Men), Punjabi Univeristy was first with a time trial of 1:49 sec. Punjab University, Chandigarh took the second spot (1:42 sec) while Bikaner University came third.

In the Olympic Sprint (Men), the Punjabi University team of Abhishek Rana, Sarpreet Singh and Manish Sahni secured the top place followed by Bikaner University. Osmania University, Hyderabad took the third spot.
