NCP activist Keshav Bhosle suspended
Mumbai, Nov 23 (UNI) Nationalist Congress Party activist Keshav Bhosle has been suspended from the party for allegedly beating up two journalists in the NCP office yesterday.
This was announced by state NCP president Arun Gujarathi and spokesman Madan Bafna today.
Mr Gujarathi said he had also spoken to Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil who has assured to initiate legal action against Mr Bhosle.
The journalists -- Pramod Doiphode and Manoj Wadekar were allegedly beaten up by Mr Bhosle yesterday after a verbal argument A complaint was lodged with the police in this regard yesterday.
Mr Gujarathi and Mr Bafna have apologised for Mr Bhosle's behaviour.
