Naseeruddin Shah's son falls from running train

Mumbai, Nov 23 (UNI) Immamuddin Shah, son of Bollywood actors Naseeruddin Shah and Ratna Pathak Shah, suffered head and limb injuries after falling from a running local train at Lower Parel today.

The Government Railway Police sources said Imamuddin met with the accident around 0850 hours while he was on way to his college, the Xaviers College, in South Mumbai.

Imamuddin was initially rushed to the Nair Hospital but later shifted to the P D Hinduja Hospital. His condition is stated to be serious, according to sources. But, he is responding well to treatment, sources said.

Imamuddin Shah, incidentally, has acted in his father Naseerudin Shah's directorial venture ''Yun Hota to Kya Hota'' and a few ad films.
