Mobera Systems acquires US-based Tempowest Inc

Chandigarh, Nov 23 (UNI) Mobera Systems, Chandigarh based hi-end software development company, today said it has acquired Tempowest Inc of the US.

''This acquisition will create a synergy that would extend our penetration into the US market,'' Mobera Systems Director Anupama Arya said here.

Post acquisition, Tempowest Inc will become the US subsidiary of the company -- Mobera Systems Inc-- with its team and product portfolio integrated into Mobera Systems.

Ms Arya said the deal would augment the company's technical expertise and allow it to develop a broader platform for product delivery.

Mobera is a fast growing high-end IT company engaged in 'Contract R&D' specialising in embedded technologies, networking and wireless, network appliances, bio-informatics (medical communication), security and encryption and catering to diverse international clients.

It has operations in Silicon Valley and France with another office planned in Japan. A member of NASSCOM, Mobera Systems, was recently awarded Certificate of Recognition by NASSCOM and Business Software Alliance (BSA).

Tempowest Inc, a Delaware incorporated company based in New York, is a major player in providing innovative engineering design and product development solutions to the communication industry.
