Miscreants loot valuables from temple

Dharwad, Karnataka, Nov 23 (UNI) Thieves struck at a Ganapathi temple in Sampige Nagar area here and stole ornaments of the deity, early today.

Police said the culprits broke open the lock of the temple and looted the silver head gear of the deity, weighing 900 gm, a tape recorder worth Rs 10,000 and the hundi amount.
