Maharashtra Govt signs MoU with Sany
Mumbai, Nov 23 (UNI) A memorandum of understanding was signed today between the Maharashtra Government and Sany Group of China, a leading construction machinery manufacturer, for setting up a proposed 70 million USD greenfield manufacturing plant.
An official release said here today that Chinese Ambassador to India Sun Yuxi, State Industries Minister Ashok Chavan, and Finance Minister Jayant Patil were present on the occasion.
The MoU was signed by Maharashtra Industries secretary V K Jairath and Sany chairman Liang Wengen.
