High Level Committee to coordinate implementation of RTI Act

Hyderabad, Nov 23 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Government today constituted a high-level committee to coordinate the implementation of the Right to Information Act.

An official release here said the committee was constituted with Chief Secretary to government as the Chairman.

Chief Information Commissioner, Chief Commissioner Land Administration, Special Chief Secretary to Finance Department, Director General of Police, Secretary to Government, Law Department, Director General and Executive Director of the Centre for Good governance as members.

Principal Secretary to Government, General Administration would be the member convener, the release said adding that the committee would meet once in a quarter or as frequently as necessary.
