CLP meeting held for coming Assembly session

Kohima, Nov 23 (UNI) The Congress Legislature Party leader I Imkong today said the CLP meeting held yesterday was to prepare the legislators for the Nagaland Assembly's winter session from December 14.

He said the meeting also discussed various issues and strategies for the forthcoming Assembly session.

Mr Imkong said the members were briefed about the outcome of the recent visit of the Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) President and CLP leaders to New Delhi.

Governor Shyamal Datta has summoned the 13th Session of 10th Assembly to meet on December 14.

The Assembly's Business Advisory Committee is assessing the business and duration of the session, sources said.
