CBI concludes its reply in Lalu's DA case

Patna, Nov 23 (UNI) The CBI today concluded its reply argument before a Special Court here in the Disproportionate Assets (DA) case pending against Railway Minister Lalu Prasad and his wife Rabri Devi, former Chief Minister of Bihar.

While concluding its reply, before the designated judge Muni Lal Paswan, deputy law advisor of CBI L R Ansari submitted a 130-page tome of arguments in the court.

The judge fixed December 1, as the next date for hearing the case.

Accoring to the charges, Mr Prasad had amassed wealth of about Rs46 lakh between 1990 and 1997 which was allegedly disproportionate to his all known sources of income.

The case is pending in the court since 1998.
