Blasts in Baghdad Shi'ite district kill 25-ministry

BAGHDAD, NOV 23 (Reuters) Three near-simultaneous car bomb explosions and a mortar attack in Baghdad's Shi'ite Sadr City district today killed at least 25 people and wounded 75, an Interior Ministry source said.

The source said the blasts took place in different parts of the sprawling slum of more than two million people that is the stronghold of radical Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr and his Mehdi Army militia.
