30 women cricketers of Himachal to attend training camp
Una, Nov 23 (UNI) Thirty women cricketers have been summoned by the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) for a seven-day trainging camp to be held here ahead of the one day matches against Delhi and Haryana.
Both these matches are scheduled to be played at the Indira Stadium here on November 29 and December one.
These 30 players were picked after selection trials held recently by the HPCA at four centres in the state.
Una district Cricket Association, President, Madam Puri said today that 25 players had already reported for the camp.
These include Dheeraj Sharma, Anu Sharma, Indu Bala, Anita Dhiman, Alisha Khan, Sangeeta, Sapna, Nivedita, Savita Kumari, Nisha Verma, Tulsi, Samriti, Neha Saini, Seema Kumari, Shailza Sharma, Anu Bala, Nayan Katoch, Tanu Bala, Namita Mehta, Reena Sunal, Shalu Dhima, Raj Kumari, Sapna Randhawa, Reena Sharma and Anuradha Rana.
The remaining five are expected to join the camp today.
