Shreyas Shipping to buy vessel for Rs 60 cr

New Delhi, Nov 22: Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Ltd today said it has decided to buy a second-hand container vessel for Rs 60 crore.

The company has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for purchase of a fully cellular ship with a capacity of 1,300 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), built in 1991.

''With an intention to meet the requirements of our increasing logistics operations, we have decided to augment our fleet strength,'' the company said in a statement.
