One year's imprisonment to man in dowry harassment case

Bijapur, Karnataka, Nov 22 (UNI) A lower court here today sentenced a man to one year imprisonment in a dowry harassment case.

The Judicial Magistrate First Class Court here gave the sentence to Saheblal, while slapping a fine of Rs 2,000 on his parents.

The Gandhi Chowk police had filed a charge sheet against Saheblal and his parents on a complaint that he was harassing his wife, seeking dowry.
