NCP activist manhandles two journalists

Mumbai, Nov 22 (UNI) Two journalists were today manhandled by a NCP activist after a verbal altercation over some political issue at the party office here.

The journalists -- Pramod Doiphode and Manoj Wadekar -- have filed a complaint with the police after they were roughed up by Keshavrao Bhosale this evening. Both of them are working for vernacular dailies.

NCP sources said party president Arun Gujarathi and party spokesman Madan Bafna have apologised to them over the incident.
