Coral displays wonder paints at Trade Fair

New Delhi, Nov 22: Coral Industries, winner of IITF 2004-2005 Gold Medal for outstanding exhibits, are set to make a hattrick at IITF 2006.

Coral's exquisite yet low cost range of wonder products has left the throngs at the ongoing Trade Fair at Pragati Maidan here spell-bound.

On display are Silicon Textures, Plain Textures, Wooden Flooring, Fluroscent Paints, Metallic Paints, Water proofing Solutions, Technical Coatings, Ceiling Boards and decorative mica tiles. The colourful Texture Tiles are vibrant in quality and easy to apply.

The company's radium-silicon mixed coating can be used for painting a ceiling of a room in exquisite designs of comets, constellations, stars, moon and other objects to give an impression of sleeping in the open while remaining indoors in the dark.

Coral, an ISO 9001-2000 company, has expanded its product range and thus using IITF as a platform to launch its exquisite yet affordable range of products targetted at the lower-middle class segment.

Mr Akhil Bansal, CEO of Coral Industries, said the company has also introduced an anti-bacterial chemical which if mixed in the texture and other paints keeps the lizards, cockroaches, spider and other such insects away from the place.

The most effective product is silicon coating, wherever it is applied it remains effective for more than a decade and maintains original shine. Spots can be easily wiped from the surface without damaging the coatings, he added.

Silicon coating can be applied on the wooden flooring also to keep it shining for a longer period.

Coral has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, and spends over Rs two crore annually on in-house research and development activities.
