'Coalition govt will complete full term':Yediyurappa
Bangalore, Nov 22 (UNI) Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader B S Yediyurappa today expressed confidence that the Janata Dal (Secular) - led coalition government will complete its full term.
Participating at a 'Meet-the-press' organised by the Bangalore Press Club here, he said that during the last ninemonths, the Karnataka Development Front (KDF) government has launched several pro-people programmes, while taking measures to stepup resource mobilisation without imposing new taxes.
Accusing the Congress of attacking the KDF Government from the beginning, Mr Yediyurappa alleged that ''the Congress, as it cannot sit in the opposition, was trying to topple the coalition government with false allegations''.
Challenging Congress leaders to come on a common platform to discuss the government's developmental works during the last nine months, Mr Yediyurappa said the opposition was only interested in confusing the people by levelling false charges.
