'Coalition Government would complete its full term':Yediyurappa
Bangalore, Nov 22 (UNI) Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader B S Yediyurappa today expressed confidence in Janata Dal (Secular) led Coalition government completing its full term.
Participating at the 'Meet-the-press' organised by the Bangalore Press Club here, he said that during last nine-months, the Karnataka Development Front (KDF) government has launched several pro-people programme, while taking strict measures to step-up resource mobilisation without imposing new taxes.
Accusing Congress of indulging in attacking the KDF Government right from the beginning, Mr Yediyurappa alleged that "the Congress, as it cannot sit in the opposition, was trying to topple the coalition government with false allegations." Challenging the Congress leaders to come to a common platform and discuss the developmental works the KDF government had initiated during last nine months, Mr Yediyurappa alleged that opposition leaders were only interested in confusing the people by leveling false charges.
