At least eight dead in Polish mine blast - TV

WARSAW, Nov 21 (Reuters) At least eight miners were killed in a mine explosion in Silesia, southwestern Poland, local television reported.

Police and local officials could not confirm the figure. They said they knew only of two deaths and said 23 miners were missing.
