Radha Krishna best speaker

Ranchi, Nov 21 (UNI) Opposition MLA Radha Krishna Kishore of Janata Dal (United) and Home Secretary J B Tubid have bagged this year's award for the best legislator and the best bureaucrat of Jharkhand respectively.

A selection committee headed by speaker Alamgir Alam will honour the awardees on the occasion of the sixth foundation day of the Assembly tomorrow.

The Assembly has been bestowing the best legislator award since its inception while the best bureaucrat award was introduced last year.
