PNB launches add-on debit card with insurance cover

New Delhi, Nov 21 (UNI) Punjab National Bank (PNB) today launched an add-on debit card facility with a Rs one lakh insurance cover for its customers.

As per the plan, all the PNB's CBS branch customers having a PNB debit card can now have two add-on-debit cards for his/her family members provided they are 18 years and above in age.

The add-on card holders will also be covered under accidental death insurance of Rs one lakh that too free of cost.

Besides, the bank has also launched a new internet-based remittance service with buyindiaonline.com Inc US, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xoom Corporation to effect inward remittances of NRIs, through their website xoom.com where the beneficiary can pick up a pay order in his favour from any of its over 2,000 CBS branches in India.
