Painting competition for kids held

Visakhapatnam, Nov 21 (UNI) Over 1,000 children from 73 schools here today participated in the painting competitions organised as part of the Navy Week Celebrations.

According to an ENC release here, 'The Landscape/Rainly Day,' 'The Indian Navy to the rescue in calamities' and 'A day at zoo' were the topics for the competion.

Naval Dockyard Admiral Superintendent Dilip Deshpande and Andhra University's C Ravisankar Patnaik attended the programme.
