MiG 29 crashes near Jamnagar air base

Ahmedabad, Nov 21 (UNI) A MiG 29 of Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed near the Jamnagar Airbase at around 1915 hrs this evening.

A airforce search party has also reached the crash site.

''It is quite dark at the crash site and the fate of the pilot is not known,'' SWAC spokesman Wing Commander Tarun Kumar Singha told UNI here tonight. Further details are awaited.
