First class Judicial Magistrate removed from Judiciary

Akola, Nov 21 (UNI) The Judicial Magistrate First class (JMFC) R A Ranpise here has been removed from the Judiciary since November 14, according to official sources.

Ranpise was earlier placed under suspension after a confidential enquiry. He was an assistant charity commissioner at Buldana, where he allegedly harassed the management of Shri Sant Gajanan Maharas Sansthan at shegaon (Buldana district) and the management of Muktai Nagar Devi Sansthan by checking records several times and demanding some consideration, the sources said.

He also sought voluntary retirement from Judiciary to save his image but his request was turned down, sources said.

A resident of Akola, Ranpise joined the Judiciary on March 21, 2003, and was a member of the Akola Bar association, sources added.
