Sun TV BoD to consider satellite co merger

New Delhi, Nov 20: Chennai-based Sun TV Ltd today said its Board of Directors (BoD) will meet on November 27 to consider the proposed merger of a satellite television broadcasting company with itself.

The company earlier this month annouced that it will switch its flagship channel Sun TV to the pay mode from December 2.

The channel has been tagged at a price of Rs 12 per month per subscriber for the cable operators to access the channel.
