Probe report against Devaswom President submitted in HC

Kochi, Nov 20 (UNI) The Kerala government submitted the vigilance enquiry report against Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) President G Raman Nair and members Punaloor Madhu and M B Sreekumar to the High Court today.

The report was submitted on a petition by Radhakrishnan of Ambalapuzha, seeking a direction to the state government to initiate criminal prosecution against the TDB President and the members for alleged corruption.

The petitioner contended that functioning of the President and the members was totally unsatisfactory.

Submitting the report, the Additional Director-General of Prosecution stated that a criminal case would be registered against the TDB President and the members.
