Petition by MP Govt quashed

Shahdol, MP, Nov 20 (UNI) A local court has quashed a petition filed by the Madhya Pradesh Government requesting withdrawing of an attempt to murder case registered against BJP MLA Chhotelal Sarawagi's son Raja Sarawagi in public welfare.

District Sessions Judge Keshar Yadav delivered the verdict after being satisfied with the reply of complainant and former Collector Raghvendra Singh.

Sohagpur MLA Chhotelal Sarawagi's son had allegedly attempted to murder Mr Singh by trying to crush him under his car during March this year.
