Market blast kills 3 in Shi'ite area of Baghdad
BAGHDAD, Nov 20 (Reuters) An explosion in mainly Shi'ite eastern Baghdad killed three people and wounded five today, a police source said.
The blast hit Jamila market, a food market within the boundaries of Sadr City, a sprawling neighbourhood occupied by poor Shi'ites in the east of the capital.
A police source said the blast was caused by a mortar, though state television Iraqiya said it was a roadside bomb.
