Man dies in bomb attack in Allahabad

Allahabad, Nov 20: A 35-year-old man died in a bomb attack in Kadam Rasoolpur village under Dhoomanganj police station last night, police today said.

Pawan was sitting in a shop when some miscreants hurled a bomb at him. He died on the spot, police said.

An old enmity is suspected to be the cause behind the murder.

Following the incident, a mob set the house of the alleged attackers on fire and blocked traffic on GT road, which was cleared after an assurance from senior police officials.
