Hundi collection in Tirumala fetches Rs 3.6 crore

Tirumala, Nov 20 (UNI) Due to the heavy rush at the Tirumala temple since last three-days, TTD has netted an amount of about Rs 3.61 crore through hundi collection.

A TTD official said here this evening heavy flow of pilgrims on last Saturday itself collected Rs 1.3 crore through hundi collection. While Rs 1.40 crore was collected yesterday, Rs 1.12 crore yielded through hundi collection today, the official added.

About two lakh pilgrims offered worship during the last three days.
