DiamondRock to buy two Renaissance hotels

NEW YORK, Nov 20 (Reuters) DiamondRock Hospitality Co. has said it has entered into a definitive binding agreement to purchase the Renaissance Waverly and the Renaissance Austin hotels.

The company, which owns and acquires hotels, said the properties in Atlanta, Georgia, and Austin, Texas, will be acquired for a combined purchase price of 7.5 million.
