Camlin gets HC approval for chem div demerger

New Delhi, Nov 20: Writing instruments and art material maker Camlin Ltd today said the Bombay High Court has given its nod for the proposed demerger of its fine chemicals division into Camlin Fine Chemicals Ltd.

The company in a statement said a Board Meeting will be held to give effect to the demerger.

''The High Court of Bombay at a hearing held on November 17 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the company and Camlin Fine Chemicals Ltd and their respective shareholders,'' it said.
