New Delhi, Nov 20 (UNI) A Delhi Court today ruled that the deposition of prime witness of Nitish Katara murder case Bharti Yadav, the daughter of former Rajya Sabha member D P Yadav, would be held in camera on November 29.

Additional Sessions Judge Ravinder Kaur said, ''It would meet the needs of justice to record her testimony in camera excluding the media and public from having access to the court room where day to day proceedings are conducted.'' ''Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of the present case and the sensitivity of the matter, I am of the opinion that it is necessary for the court to ensure that Bharti Yadav deposes in an atmosphere which is free from any influence or pressure from media or public,'' said the three-page order.

Bharti, a student in the United Kingdom, is expected to come to India to depose before the court as a witness in the murder of Nitish Katara, her boy friend.

Bharti's brother Vikash Yadav and her cousin Vishal Yadav were accused of murdering him after abducting him from a marriage party from Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh neighbouring the capital in February 2002.
