Andhra Bank revises interst rates on DTD

Hyderabad, Nov 20 (UNI) Andhra Bank today revised rates of interest on Domestic Term Deposits(DTD).

The new interest rates offered on DTD for 15 days to 45 days would be Rs 4.75 from 4.50 per cent for 46 days to 90 days from 5 per cent to 5.25 per cent and for 91 days to 179 days from 5.75 to 6.00 per cent and for six months to one year from 6.25 to 6.75 per cent, a bank release said here .

However, there was no change for one year to two years (7.25), two years to three years (7.25), and three years to five years(7.50) five years to eight years (7.75) and AB Treasure Deposits(8.00) For senior citizens, the rate of interst was 0.50 per cent higher for all mautrity periods. Interest rates for deposits made under AB Tax Saver scheme remained the same.

The revised interest rates were applicable to all fresh deposits and renewals of the existing deposits, the release added.
