Hundredes appear in CAt examination
Indore, Nov 19 (UNI) Hundreds of students today appeared in the Common Admission Test (CAT) at various centres in Bhopal and here for entrance into the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) for academic session 2007-2009.
The IIM has increased the number of seats in all its institutes from this year.
Meanwhile, at the inaugural programme of stress-free management centre of the Prajapati Bramhakumari Ishwariya University organised here, Reliance Industries Group Director Ramnik Bhai Ambani informed on the behalf of IIM (Ahmedabad) Director Professor Dhalokia that aspirants from reserved quota will be granted admission into the institute only on obtaining cut-off or else the seat would be kept vacant.
Mr Ambani added that these days management institutes were teaching management but were not encouraging entrepreneurship.
